Dealer Account Terms

Approval and verification

Dealer accounts are available only to qualified businesses approved by Elite Security Installation LLC. Applicants authorize reasonable verification of business identity, EIN, address, licensing, resale status, and purchasing contacts. Approval is not guaranteed and may be suspended when information becomes inaccurate or account security is at risk.

Authorized account use

• Dealer access belongs to the approved business and its authorized representatives.
• Keep account and purchasing information current and report unauthorized activity promptly.
• Dealer status may not be transferred or used to purchase for an unrelated business without approval.

Taxes and resale

A dealer claiming tax-exempt resale status is responsible for providing current, valid documentation before a tax-exempt transaction is accepted and for using purchased products consistently with that documentation. Approval as a dealer does not automatically establish tax exemption.

Product and compliance representations

Dealers are responsible for accurate customer-facing representations, lawful installation, and verifying current manufacturer specifications and project-specific NDAA, FCC, licensing, permit, privacy, and procurement requirements. The compliance page is a reference, not a project certification.

Orders, support, and customer obligations

Dealer orders remain subject to confirmed availability, shipping, payment, returns, warranty, and order-specific terms. Unless separately agreed, the dealer remains responsible for its end customer relationship, installation work, jobsite safety, and post-sale obligations it promises to that customer.
