Shipping Policy

Fulfillment network

Orders may be shipped by Elite Security Installation from Vienna, West Virginia, or fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor from California, Indiana, Florida, or Alabama based on availability, destination, order size, and product requirements. Orders of $500 or more are generally routed for direct fulfillment. A single order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping charges and estimates

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders below $500 are generally shipped by Elite using UPS and are charged the UPS carrier-calculated amount presented before payment. Taxes and separately priced services do not count toward the $500 merchandise threshold. The expected shipment or delivery timeframe is shown or confirmed before an order is accepted. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Custom cable and configured products may require additional preparation time.

Shipment timing and delays

We will have a reasonable basis for any shipment representation. If we cannot ship within the promised time—or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated—we will notify the customer and provide the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Addresses, tracking, and delivery

• Customers must provide a complete, deliverable address and promptly report corrections before shipment.
• Tracking is added to the linked customer account when available.
• Carrier scans and delivery dates may change because of weather, security, address, capacity, or other carrier conditions.
• Inspect packages promptly and report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items with packaging and photos so a carrier or fulfillment claim can be evaluated.

Refused, undeliverable, and redirected shipments

Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or customer-requested redirection may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law. We will contact the customer before reshipping when practical.

Returns and warranty shipments

Return and warranty shipping responsibilities are governed by the Returns & Limited Five-Year Warranty. Do not ship equipment to the returns address without authorization.
